HOW TO USE THIS PLANNER TO SUPPORT YOUR WELLNESS GOALS

1. Start at the weekly wellness check-in: reflect & rate each category of your current well-being on a scale of 1-10. There's a blank space for you to add your own category (optional). After assessment, choose one or two things to focus on this week.
2. Based on your wellness check-in, write in the habits you'd like to do daily that will support your health goals and everyday rhythms.
3. Plan out your week - jot down your plans, events, and tasks. Use the notes space however you'd like: meal plan, shopping list, more to-dos, exercise regimen, morning routine, gratitude, etc. If you need extended note space, the back of the page is left blank.
